Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual mental health evaluations to assess client needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual.
• Facilitate personalized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, enabling clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor at Inspired Life Counseling Services, you will primarily work with adult clients experiencing a range of low-acuity mental health issues. This includes anxiety, mild depression, and adjustment disorders. Our approach emphasizes client empowerment and involves developing strong therapeutic alliances to support clients in their paths toward wellness.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Active licensure in Tennessee as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) with no history of disciplinary issues.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating competence in individual therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using teletherapy platforms and engaging with clients through virtual modalities.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and solution-focused therapy.
• Experience in documenting therapy sessions and producing treatment reports aligning with best practices in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits
