Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions using secure video conferencing tools, ensuring a professional and confidential environment for client interactions.
• Provide thoughtful assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges.
• Facilitate client growth by teaching coping strategies and skills to manage emotional difficulties, empowering clients to make positive life choices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base primarily consists of stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health issues. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, applicants must hold the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current licensure as an independent practitioner in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Master Social Worker with Clinical Specialty (MSW-Clinical).
• Strong computer literacy skills, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for client management and documentation.

Preferred Experience

Successful candidates will ideally have experience in providing therapy through online platforms, including familiarity with telehealth best practices and tools. Compensation and Benefits
