PearMed is hiring Anesthesiologists for leadership positions!
We are seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologists to provide high-quality per diem or full-time coverage across outpatient surgery centers in the Tampa Bay area. You will deliver comprehensive perioperative care, manage custom anesthesia plans for ambulatory cases, and work alongside a supportive team of surgical specialists, CRNAs, and CAAs.

Rate: $350/hour
$50k sign-on bonus (after a full-time commitment)

8-hour guaranteed shifts
1099/per diem

Key Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment & Care: Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations, formulate tailored anesthesia plans, and obtain informed consent.
- Intraoperative Management: Administer general, regional, local, or monitored anesthesia care (MAC) for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures.
- Supervision & Collaboration: Lead or collaborate within an anesthesia care team (supervising CRNAs/CAAs as needed).
- Postoperative Oversight: Direct post-anesthesia recovery (PACU), manage acute post-op pain, and determine discharge readiness.
- App Utilization: Clock in/out seamlessly and manage paperless invoicing through the PearMed mobile app.
