*About the Role*
Hi, SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based position in *Jacksonville**, NC*. You'll support students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship provided.

*What You'll Do*
* Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
* Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
* Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
* Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
* Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
* Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
* Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
* Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

*What We're Looking For*
* *Valid North Carolina State SLP license (or ability to obtain)*
* North Carolina Education License from NCDPI (eligible once have State SLP License)
* Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
* Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* School-based experience preferred, not required
