Work Environment
This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting through our telehealth facility, allowing you to connect with clients via secure video conferencing technology. Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized therapy strategies, tailored to the unique needs of each client, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including individuals, families, and groups.
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to foster positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal standards, organizational policies, and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address clients' holistic needs.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and seminars to stay informed of the latest mental health research and trends.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse challenges. Your role is crucial in fostering a supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their challenges and work towards improved mental health outcomes. By employing a client-centered approach, you will guide clients in their healing process, ensuring they receive tailored support that aligns with their unique backgrounds and experiences.
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.
- A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
- Strong grasp of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, crucial for building rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Preferred Experience
- Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms.
Compensation and Benefits
Revive and Thrive Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, along with a generous sign-on bonus.
