Work Environment
The LPC will primarily work from a remote setting, with occasional visits to our outpatient office located in Denver, Colorado, if desirable. This hybrid model allows for the flexibility to provide care to clients in a manner that suits their needs, while also adhering to high standards of clinical excellence. Our state-of-the-art technology facilitates seamless telehealth sessions, ensuring that counselors can maintain strong connections with clients regardless of location.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individualized assessments and develop tailored therapy strategies based on clients' unique situations and needs.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, reflecting clients' progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other health professionals to deliver holistic care, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated support for clients.
- Engage in continuous learning through workshops and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The LPC will work with diverse patient populations, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Our focus is on providing personalized care that addresses the complex needs of each client, helping them navigate their challenges and achieve sustainable mental wellness.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Colorado.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting is essential.
- A strong grasp of legal and ethical standards in mental health practices is necessary.
Preferred Experience
- Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling.
- Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with a wide range of clientele through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A background in working within a multidisciplinary team is highly valued.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, therapists may earn bonuses based on performance.
