Key Responsibilities

As a licensed mental health therapist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach to treatment.
• Employing evidence-based treatment modalities to guide clients towards effective coping strategies and personal growth.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that address the unique challenges and goals of each client.
• Facilitating discussions that help clients gain insights into their emotions, behaviors, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and providing ongoing support to facilitate improvement in mental health conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. Our goal is to equip these individuals with the skills and tools necessary to enhance their quality of life, fostering a healthier and more fulfilling existence. You will be crucial in helping clients develop resilience and cope with the challenges they face.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A full, independent licensure status as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No disciplinary actions associated with your license and no limited/provisional licenses.
• Strong interpersonal skills combined with a supportive, empathetic nature.
• Proficient computer skills to navigate our therapist platform and manage client care efficiently.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in telehealth or remote therapy sessions will stand out, as will those who have worked with diverse populations or specialized in specific areas of mental health. Adaptability in utilizing various therapeutic approaches will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

You can expect a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with your hours worked and experience level. Additionally, we offer:
