Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health challenges, developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions that utilize varied therapeutic techniques, fostering personal growth and emotional stability.
- Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, actively tracking progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
- Deliver teletherapy sessions using secure and HIPAA-compliant platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients who face mobility challenges or prefer virtual interactions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records, adhering to ethical standards and ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
- Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training and workshops to enhance clinical skills and remain informed on the latest therapeutic trends and methodologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our client base includes individuals and families struggling with a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications
- Must possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or equivalent is required.

- Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental approach towards clients' experiences and struggles.

- Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
- Experience with teletherapy platforms and digital health tools is advantageous, enhancing client engagement and accessibility.
