Children's Mental and Behavioral Healthcare is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our team. Work Environment

This position is predominantly remote, allowing therapists to maintain a work-life balance while effectively serving clients from the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being, using standardized tools and methodologies.
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and in collaboration with clients.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions to clients of various ages, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and behavioral problems.
• Facilitate couples therapy aimed at improving communication, conflict resolution, and strengthening relational bonds.
• Regularly monitor progress through structured reviews and adjust treatment plans as necessary to accommodate evolving client needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care tailored to meet clients' diverse needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and facilitating appropriate referrals when necessary.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops to remain at the forefront of best practices.
• Champion clients' rights and advocate for informed decision-making throughout their therapeutic journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. You will address issues such as family dynamics, relationship conflicts, and individual psychological concerns. Your focus will be to empower clients and improve their overall well-being and functioning within their families and communities.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is essential.
• Demonstrated experience providing effective individual and/or couples therapy, particularly in a virtual setting.
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate treatment plans and client progress effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations, including children and families facing varying mental health disorders.
• Proficient in implementing electronic health record systems for documentation and treatment planning.
• Ability to complete timely assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately to ensure high-quality client care.

Compensation and Benefits

Children's Mental and Behavioral Healthcare offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
