Elevance Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to impact the lives of children and families within school settings across Colorado Springs, Colorado. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and be licensed in the state of Colorado, bringing a minimum of two years of clinical experience to the role.

Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients both via phone and face-to-face to gather pertinent information regarding their needs and challenges.
- Engage clients in therapeutic activities and strategies to enhance their wellbeing and promote recovery.
- Provide detailed crisis interventions and develop individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in case conferences, training sessions, and staff meetings to continuously improve service delivery and support best practices.
- Monitor clients for signs of child abuse or other risk factors, ensuring timely reporting and intervention as required.
- Collaborate with external agencies to make referrals for additional resources and services, effectively guiding clients through complex systems.
Patient Population / Client Focus
In this role, you will work primarily with school-aged children and their families, addressing social and emotional issues that impact their academic performance and overall well-being. The client population may include those affected by trauma, mental health disorders, and other significant life challenges. This focus aligns with our mission to provide accessible mental health services within educational environments, emphasizing early intervention and support.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
- Current LCSW licensure in the state of Colorado is mandatory.
- Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning specifically for children and adolescents.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with clients, families, and external service providers.
- Exceptional organizational and planning abilities to manage a diverse caseload.
- Knowledgeable about developmental needs and age-related issues pertinent to our client population.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a social worker, preferably in a school or community-based setting.
- Bilingual capabilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable and will enhance communication with our diverse client base.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong base salary, our benefits package includes:
