CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager – Physical Therapist to lead clinical operations and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in our outpatient rehab clinic. In this role, you will evaluate and treat a diverse caseload, oversee daily clinic workflow, and support a collaborative care team focused on restoring function and mobility. You will mentor clinicians, ensure documentation and regulatory compliance, and drive an exceptional patient experience. Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, and workflow to ensure efficiency.
Supervise, mentor, and support clinicians and support staff.
Ensure accurate and timely EMR documentation and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with referring providers and interdisciplinary team members on care plans.
Monitor clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction, driving quality improvement.
Support staff onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
Promote CORA’s patient-first, community-minded culture within the clinic.
Assist with clinic growth initiatives, including community and physician outreach.
Uphold safety, infection control, and professional practice standards.
