*About the Role* Hello,* Paraprofessionals*! Ampersand Therapy is hiring full-time Paraprofessionals for a K–12 school setting in Longmont, CO. In this role, you'll provide direct support to students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs, helping them access their education and succeed in the classroom. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with students and making a meaningful day-to-day impact.

*What You'll Do*
* Provide 1:1 or small group support to students in the classroom
* Assist with implementing behavior plans and classroom strategies
* Support students with academic tasks and daily routines
* Help reinforce social, emotional, and communication skills
* Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
* Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
* Support students with transitions throughout the school day
* Maintain basic documentation as needed

*What We're Looking For*
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* *Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred*
* Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
* Ability to follow direction and support behavior and academic plans
* *School-based or paraprofessional experience a plus
