CORA Physical Therapy seeks a Clinic Manager Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient clinic in the Hunters Creek/Orlando area. In this full-time role, you’ll provide hands-on physical therapy while overseeing daily clinic operations, mentoring staff, and driving clinical excellence. Partner with a collaborative team, manage schedules and productivity, ensure regulatory and documentation compliance, and champion a patient-first culture. Oversee daily operations of the outpatient physical therapy clinic, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality care
Provide direct physical therapy evaluation and treatment using evidence-based practices
Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and support staff, fostering a collaborative, patient-first culture
Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical, and documentation standards and payer requirements
Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and workload to meet productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction goals
Collaborate with referring providers and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement process improvements
Support community outreach and marketing activities to grow the clinic’s patient base
Participate in continuing education and promote professional development for the team
