Practice Setting

• Adult patient population, 18+

Schedule

• Monday through Friday weekday coverage plus weekend call
• Home call required, 30 minute response time, weekend call included
• Typical full time coverage is about 18 to 20 shifts per month
• Variable shift durations, post call day after weekday call shifts

Cases and Procedures

• General anesthesia for non cardiac surgical cases
• Level 2 trauma general cases
• Supervise residents and fellows in the OR, 1:2 model

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• California medical license required, will not wait for license
• ACLS, BLS, and DEA required
