Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately understand the unique concerns of clients and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to the specific needs of each client, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and actively monitor their progress throughout the treatment process, making adjustments as necessary to facilitate positive outcomes.
- Offer teletherapy services, ensuring that clients who may face geographical or logistical barriers can still receive essential mental health support.
- Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, reflecting our dedication to professionalism and accountability.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, attending trainings and workshops to stay current with new methodologies and best practices in the mental health field.

Qualifications
- A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with diverse clients.
- An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to understanding clients' challenges.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle caseloads and administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
While a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with additional specialized training or certifications in therapeutic modalities (such as EMDR or Trauma-Informed Care) will be highly regarded. Experience in teletherapy or online counseling platforms is advantageous.
