Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health backgrounds, crafting personalized treatment plans based on their specific needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy using diverse modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, tailored to each client's circumstances.
• Collaborate with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing progress to adapt interventions as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy services equipped with the latest technology ensuring high-quality interactions and accessibility for all clients, especially those facing geographical or physical barriers.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Current licensure is required in Nevada as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients.
• A strong foundation of empathy and a non-judgmental perspective in dealing with clients' experiences and challenges.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with integrated care models or collaborative communication with other healthcare providers is advantageous.
• Prior experience delivering therapy through telehealth platforms is highly beneficial.
