Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to assess clients' mental health status, understanding their unique needs and circumstances.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are aligned with clients' goals, ensuring a tailored approach to their mental health journey.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients using evidence-based methodologies and solution-focused approaches that encourage progress and healing.
• Utilize teletherapy tools effectively to deliver virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, demonstrating competence and confidence in high-pressure situations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the mental health field, enhancing your skills and knowledge continuously.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele is diverse, comprising adults from various backgrounds with an array of mental health needs. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will encounter clients coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among other challenges. You will have the unique opportunity to tailor your therapeutic approach to each individual's needs, fostering a genuine connection that promotes healing and growth.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrable excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage a caseload while delivering high-quality client care.
• Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude in all client interactions.
• No history of disciplinary actions on board, ensuring professional integrity and standards.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required. Candidates who have practical experience in teletherapy or remote counseling methods will be highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, depending on your caseload and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
