Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations during initial client interactions to determine mental health challenges and establish a foundation for tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that sessions align with the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate ongoing therapeutic sessions, where you guide clients in articulating their goals, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Document therapy sessions meticulously and maintain accurate client records in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in effective communication, fostering trusting relationships with clients through remote interactions.
• Exemplary organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple clients and maintain an efficient schedule in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting focusing on mental health counseling or therapy.
