Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement effective, personalized treatment plans using a variety of evidence-based modalities.
• Deliver individual therapy via teletherapy, adapting your approach to client preferences and accessibility needs.
• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and seminars.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice focuses on a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will work with individuals from various backgrounds, helping them uncover their strengths and develop coping strategies to enhance their emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• Possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective client engagement.
• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a community health setting is preferred, illustrating a commitment to serving diverse populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy techniques is highly desirable.
• Previous experience using evidence-based therapeutic approaches to drive client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
