Work Environment
This role is designed for a fully remote work setting, allowing flexibility to better serve our clients. Along with virtual therapy sessions conducted from a dedicated outpatient office, our therapists have the option to provide in-person appointments if preferred. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to effectively identify and understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
- Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's needs.
- Implement therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate healing and personal growth.
- Develop and manage customized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and interventions based on client needs and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated care that enhances client outcomes and addresses all aspects of mental health.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments to ensure client safety and well-being during challenging situations.
- Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, creating community connections among clients.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring timely reporting and client confidentiality.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families seeking support for various mental health concerns. Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to foster meaningful client relationships.
Preferred Experience
We highly value candidates with at least two years of previous experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, which will prepare you to engage effectively with our clients. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
