Infinite Ties Wellness is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. Work Environment

This role is managed in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility while you maintain regular business hours. However, there may be occasional requirements for evening and weekend participation to accommodate special events or community programs. While the position is primarily home-based, you will remain connected with our Hospice Center and the various teams working in multiple sectors to ensure that our clients receive holistic support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each case.
• Provide individualized counseling and group support to clients grappling with diverse challenges, applying evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to meet their unique situations.
• Develop and implement customized service plans that are aligned with clients' goals, focusing on actionable steps towards achieving them.
• Serve as an advocate for clients' rights, helping them access essential resources and support systems while raising awareness about social justice issues affecting their lives.
• Contribute to our program development efforts by participating in evaluation processes and assisting with grant reporting to ensure continuous improvement of services.
• Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to increase service efficacy and outreach while fostering a network of support for clients.
• Actively engage in team meetings, training workshops, and community outreach activities to stay updated on best practices and share insights for service enhancement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals and families who are navigating the complexities of hospice and palliative care. You will encounter clients at various stages of their life journeys, including those facing chronic illnesses, end-of-life transitions, and their respective caregivers. Your work will involve a balance of emotional support, practical assistance, and advocacy to improve the quality of life for these clients and their families.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required to ensure a strong foundational knowledge of social work principles.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential to practice professionally within the state of Nevada.
• Demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed care, social justice initiatives, and advocacy techniques to effectively serve our diverse client base.
• Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills that are vital for establishing rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a non-profit organization or similar environment is preferred, as it equips you with necessary insights into resource challenges and client navigation.
• Knowledge of community resources and services that can assist clients in overcoming barriers and achieving better outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
