Opportunity Highlights: Nocturnist: Three 14-hour weekday night shifts a week Two 24-hour weekend shift a week Two Holiday shifts annually (1 summer & 1 winter) $450,000 Annually $200/hour for additional shifts Annual CME of $3,000 Facility Highlights: Banner Thunderbird Medical Center has served the Northwest Valley for more than 25 years. Banner Thunderbird Medical Center nonprofit mission is to, "make a difference in people's lives through excellent patient care." The 890,000-square-foot acute-care facility is on 33 acres on the southwest corner of 55th Avenue and Thunderbird Road in Glendale, Arizona. Banner Thunderbird is now a Level I Adult Trauma Center for patients 15 and older. Designation as an Arizona Level I Trauma Center means Banner Thunderbird can provide total care for every aspect of injury, greatly reducing the need to transfer patients outside the area for life-saving treatment. Types of cases include, cardiovascular, neuro, ortho, GYN, Transplants, Peds, bariatrics 561 beds 10 Main ORs, 7 Outpatient ORs Has a level I Trauma Center
