Access Healing Therapy, Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Work Environment
This position functions in a fully remote setting, offering flexibility while ensuring a supportive and collaborative environment. Our multi-disciplinary team includes licensed therapists, psychologists, and social workers who engage in regular meetings and collaborative care discussions via virtual platforms. The clinic prioritizes technology-driven solutions, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary tools to provide effective care, including Electronic Health Records (EHR) and telehealth services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans aimed at empowering them in their healing journey.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for open dialogue.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, sharing insights and developing comprehensive treatment approaches that consider the client's unique circumstances.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.
- Provide timely follow-up with clients to monitor their progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse client population, including individuals facing various life challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to make significant impacts on clients' lives, guiding them toward improved mental health and well-being.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Active state licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or a PsyD.
- Strong proficiency in electronic documentation and practice management software, including EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with culturally competent therapeutic practices.
- Previous experience in a remote work environment and utilizing teletherapy techniques is advantageous.
- Demonstrated competency in crisis intervention and management.
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. Employees will have access to:
