Lifeline Harbor Behavioral Health is actively seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and emotional well-being, employing standardized tools and methodologies.
• Develop and implement comprehensive individualized treatment plans focused on achievable client goals and therapeutic methodologies.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, tailored to the diverse needs of clients.
• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress through clinical notes and treatment adjustments as required, ensuring optimal care pathways.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, fostering a holistic approach to mental health care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions, workshops, and supervision to enhance clinical skills.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards as set forth by relevant licensing boards and organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse client population that may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various life transitions. This role requires a compassionate approach to understanding the complexities of each client's situation, ensuring that cultural competency and inclusivity are pivotal aspects of care delivery. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing clients' mental health outcomes and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills rooted in evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to foster therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Empathy and dedication toward client welfare alongside the ability to remain composed in challenging situations.
• Self-motivated, with the capability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
• Understanding of ethical regulations and legal standards governing mental health practice.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of three years of direct experience as a mental health counselor, with a demonstrated history of effective therapy practices.
• Experience working with a telehealth platform or similar virtual care settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and diverse therapeutic modalities is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
