Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be expected to:
- Conduct therapy sessions with couples and individual family members to address specific challenges, ensuring an inclusive and empathetic approach.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to various issues affecting families, including alcohol abuse, grief, conflict resolution, and adjustment to life changes.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with established protocols, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to ensure a cohesive treatment approach and referral to additional services, as needed.

Your work will primarily involve supporting diverse clients from Greeley and surrounding areas, focusing on:

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
