Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' emotional and psychological challenges, strengths, and available supports.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans that include measurable goals and interventions.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessments for clients in acute distress, providing safety planning to ensure their well-being.
• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups, enriching the therapeutic experience by providing clients with additional tools and resources for coping and growth.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with clinic policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Serene Mindscape Wellness, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, each facing unique challenges related to their mental health. Our clients may be struggling with various issues, including relationship conflicts, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques and a passion for providing high-quality mental health care.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building rapport with clients and effectively conveying therapeutic concepts.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred but not mandatory. Experience with diverse clinical presentations and familiarity with telehealth practices are advantageous, as our practice incorporates remote therapeutic interventions.
