Position Overview

The Healthfy Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote position allows you to provide essential mental health support while promoting the well-being of our clients in a flexible work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and goals.
• Developing and implementing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect the therapy objectives of each client.
• Providing various counseling services, including individual, couples, and group therapy, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques tailored to specific issues.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses all facets of a client's mental health.
• Maintaining meticulous and confidential client records in alignment with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• A valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in the state of Nevada.

• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to various mental health treatment needs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.
• Prior experience working with specific populations, including individuals with addiction issues, complex trauma, or chronic mental health conditions.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery best practices.

Compensation and Benefits
