Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately understand the needs of clients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address client-specific goals, focusing on therapeutic interventions suitable for individuals, couples, and families.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the treatment process for all clients.
• Deliver a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and systemic family therapy.
• Regularly monitor client progress, documenting treatment outcomes and adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize therapeutic effectiveness.
• Stay informed about the latest mental health trends and best practices to ensure high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Possession of full Clinical Licensure (LMFT) in Vermont is mandatory.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms for effective virtual therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
