Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately understand the needs of clients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that address client-specific goals, focusing on therapeutic interventions suitable for individuals, couples, and families.
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the treatment process for all clients.
- Deliver a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and systemic family therapy.
- Regularly monitor client progress, documenting treatment outcomes and adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize therapeutic effectiveness.
- Stay informed about the latest mental health trends and best practices to ensure high-quality client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The patients you will serve include individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health challenges, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications
- A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
- Possession of full Clinical Licensure (LMFT) in Vermont is mandatory.

- Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms for effective virtual therapy sessions.
- Capacity to work independently while being an integral part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Experience
- At least two years of direct clinical experience in providing therapy to diverse populations.
- Experience in a community health setting and familiarity with coordinated care approaches is highly preferred.
- Previous involvement in case management and adapting therapeutic approaches according to client needs is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
