CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager – Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient rehab team. In this role, you’ll provide evidence-based physical therapy care while overseeing daily clinic operations, staff scheduling, and patient flow. You will mentor clinicians, ensure high-quality documentation and compliance, and drive excellent clinical outcomes in a truly patient-first environment. Partner with a collaborative healthcare team, support community outreach, and help shape clinic performance. Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, scheduling, and patient flow
Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical and support staff
Ensure accurate, timely documentation and regulatory compliance
Monitor outcomes, quality metrics, and patient satisfaction
Collaborate with referring providers and interdisciplinary teams
Support community outreach and clinic growth initiatives
Contribute to and model CORA’s patient-first, team-centered culture
Outpatient orthopedic evaluation and treatment
Care plan development and progression
Clinical staff supervision
Clinic operations management
