CORA Physical Therapy seeks a Clinic Manager – Physical Therapist to lead operations and care delivery in our outpatient rehab clinic. In this dual clinical and leadership role, you will provide evidence-based physical therapy, oversee daily clinic workflows, supervise and mentor staff, and ensure exceptional patient outcomes. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support community and referral relationships, and drive quality, productivity, and patient satisfaction in a patient-first, team-oriented environment with strong support for growth and continuing education.
Provide evidence-based, patient-centered physical therapy evaluation and treatment in an outpatient setting
Lead day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management
Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical and support staff to ensure high standards of care
Monitor clinical quality, outcomes, and documentation compliance with regulatory and company standards
Foster a collaborative, patient-first culture aligned with CORA’s values and service standards
Engage with referring providers and the community to support patient access and clinic growth
Ensure efficient use of resources to meet productivity and financial performance goals
Promote and participate in continuing education, training, and clinical programs
Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
Clinical evaluation and differential diagnosis

Manual therapy techniques
Therapeutic exercise prescription

Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
