Join a hospital-employed anesthesia team in the Permian Basin region of Texas, offering flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and a manageable daily caseload. Choose from multiple schedule options, including a block schedule with two weeks on and two weeks off.

Position Highlights

• Flexible Schedule Options: Choose from a Monday through Friday schedule with call, a Monday through Friday schedule without call, weekends, or holidays, or a two weeks on, two weeks off block schedule.
• Block Schedule: Work 160 hours over 14 days, with no call during off weeks and no relocation required.
• Manageable Caseload: Average four to five cases per day.
• Clinical Autonomy: Combine personal cases with CRNA supervision at a 1:4 ratio.
• No Teaching Requirement: Focus on clinical practice without required teaching responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits

• General Anesthesia: $572,000 base salary
• Cardiac Anesthesia: $632,000 base salary
• $100,000 sign-on bonus.
