We’re growing our hospital-based anesthesia team and adding CRNAs to a collaborative, CRNA-friendly ACT model where you can truly practice at the top of your license. We average around 45 cases per day across surgery and endoscopy. It’s a steady, well-managed workflow — busy enough to stay engaged and structured enough to avoid burning out. CRNAs may also assist with select outworld procedures in CV and IR. Case mix includes:
- Endoscopy
- General surgery
- Healthy pediatrics (dental, orthopedics, ENT)
- Neurosurgery (primarily spine)
- OB-GYN
- Ophthalmology
- Orthopedics including revisions
- Plastics
- Podiatry
- Small vascular procedures
- Urology
Scheduling That Respects Your Life
We know flexibility isn’t a “perk.” It’s a necessity. That’s why our CRNAs work a mix of 8, 10 and 12-hour shifts, including call, with modified self-scheduling that gives you real input into your schedule. Call is shared fairly and when fully staffed, it typically means one weekend day every six weeks. You’re never scheduled to work post-call, because recovery time matters. And if you’re looking to boost your income, optional overtime opportunities are usually available.
