Anesthesiologist Opportunity – Fort Wayne, Indiana

Orthopaedics NorthEast (ONE), the region’s largest independent orthopedic and spine practice, is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our growing, high-performing team in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

About the Opportunity

• Join a collaborative anesthesia care team supporting 40+ orthopedic surgeons 
• Practice across a diverse surgical platform, including:
  • Parkview Ortho Hospital (POH) 
  • Parkview Surgery ONE (ASC)
  • Parkview Kosciusko Surgery ONE (ASC)
• Participate in a team-based anesthesia care model, including CRNAs
• Case mix focused on:
• • Orthopedic surgery (joint replacement, spine, sports, hand, trauma)
  • High-efficiency, high-volume procedural environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base compensation + call pay + partnership opportunity 
  (4) 10-hour shifts 
• Total compensation potential exceeds $540,000 annually with call pay and facility ownership. 
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Ideal Candidate

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Strong interest in orthopedic-focused anesthesia
